Returns
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we have strict guidelines regarding returns:
- Prescription Medications: For safety and legal reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on prescription medications unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong medication or an incorrect dosage.
- Non-Prescription Items: Unopened, unused, and undamaged non-prescription items (such as over-the-counter medications, supplements, and health products) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).

How to Initiate a Return

Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received. Medelica.net is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

- Returns initiated after the 30-day return window has closed.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
Exchanging Products
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges for different items are not allowed.
